We can work on a completely new facility or on the redesign of an existing body shop with the goal of supporting and improving our clients’ processes to increase their productivity and, consequently, their margins and profits.
We provide a preliminary analysis, with on-site inspections and evaluations (in the case of an existing workshop we also analyze the strengths and those to be improved), draw up the design and, finally, implement a plan for the construction, renovation or expansion of the space.
