In the refinish industry, technological innovation is redefining the standards of efficiency and precision.
The integration of advanced systems such as EVO MIX, PPG LINQ™ and MOONWALK® not only optimizes processes, but radically transforms the approach to paint preparation, mixing and application, ensuring flawless results (as well as sustainable).
With digital and automated solutions, body shops can benefit from a significant reduction in waste and processing time, resulting in lower costs and an overall increase in work quality.
Bellini Systems works with the best brands in the industry, carefully choosing its partners to offer its customers the most cutting-edge solutions, not forgetting to accompany each product and system proposed with the right training and support.
EVO MIX is the innovative system that allows perfect mixing of painting product, without wasting operator’s time, disposable sticks, and most importantly ensuring a perfect tint by homogeneously mixing each drop of paint.
It is particularly suitable in mixing small quantities of paint product.
Using a cloud-based platform, the PPG LINQ™ system interconnects hardware, software and digital services.
The PPG LINQ™ system integrates the PPG DIGIMATCH™ digital color camera with PPG VISUALIZID™ advanced 3D visualization software. This combination optimizes the color identification process, improving speed and efficiency, while reducing product waste.
The lightweight, ergonomic camera offers six image angles and reflectance detection to capture precise color and vehicle surface details.
The software uses data from the PPG DIGIMATCH™ spectrophotometer to accurately search and select from more than 70,000 colors in its continuously updated digital database, avoiding the wait times of traditional paper-based instruments.
PPG MOONWALK® replaces the manual mixing process with a more efficient and easy-to-use automated system.
It integrates seamlessly with the PPG LINQ™ digital ecosystem, creating a complete offering and transforming not only painting, but also all processes for which bodyshops are responsible.
This innovative system reduces labor time, reduces waste and transforms the paint room into a clean and safe environment.
