Super rotax

  • For modern body repairers in step with the latest technology, the Super Rotax represents a new concept in straightening systems. With its unmistakable style, it is considered the flagship equipment of the Globaljig range and the progenitor of universal jig benches (with rotating pulling arm always on board).
  • Manufactured with a choice of two types of frames with sizes of 5m and 6m (depending on repair needs).
  • One or more Vector pulling arms run along the entire perimeter of the bench, allowing a pulling force of 10 t to be developed over the entire height of the vertical tower, so as to allow multiple simultaneous pulls. Thanks to a quick movement of the pin release lever on the bench's perimeter gearing, they can be positioned anywhere: for effective straightening and significant time savings.
  • Absolute precision in repairing any type of car (off-road vehicles, SUVs, vans and truck cabs).
  • All surfaces of the structure and components are protected with anti-corrosion treatments, so as to ensure perfect preservation over time, but also better aesthetics and image in body shop.

Evolution 5000

  • It offers the fastest and most verified system for positioning and checking cars on universal jigs. Equipped with the Globaljig universal jig, it can in fact be used with two-column lifts to position the car directly on the jigs already placed following the measurements of the repair data sheets, without the need to apply platforms and without the aid of winches to climb the car.

X-pull

  • X-PULL is a new Globaljig bench for quick pulls and repairs: very compact and longer, it ensures great performance and universality of operations.
  • Positioning the vehicle is fast and convenient: first you lift the car onto the pads of the swiveling arms, and then you apply the height-adjustable clamps with no needing for support stands. All without having to detach the vehicle while resting on the pads.
  • Minimum frame height (10 cm) allows it to accommodate any type of car and also be used as a lift in frequent operations such as, for example, assembly-dismantling, welding and polishing.
  • The powerful and removable pulling arm, which can be applied anywhere on the chassis with the special wrench provided, allows quick and safe clamping to straighten motor vehicles 360°.

Koala

  • Suitable for all “Fast-Repair” situations.
  • In addition to the basic equipment, 4 anchor clamps, the pull arm and 4 positioning dollies, it can accommodate numerous other accessories of the GLOBALJIG Universal System. It is possible to install, for example, bridge control for McPherson shock absorbers (E123), Mercedes/BMW car anchors (D273), and various measuring systems, whether electronic, such as Globajig's GLOBALSCAN, or mechanical from other manufacturers.
  • It can be supplied in a built-in version, with a suitable cover plate, so that all the space is available in the workshop when the equipment is not in use.
  • It can be used in conjunction with wheel alignment, damage assessment diagnosis programs and, in some cases, as a lifter for reconditioning used cars.

Dakota

  • Dakota is a lift designed for preparation and assembly areas.
  • The opening and closing of the arms are fully automatic and operable via a hand control panel connected to the control box. When exiting the pit, it stops at a height of 6 cm, allowing the arms to be opened above the grating, which is also ideal for cars with low setups. Once the arms and pads are placed on the car, the ascent can be continued, stopping at the desired height. Before complete closure, the lift locks back to the initial height for automatic closure of the arms. Lodging in the pit is simple, immediate and compatible with any grid or spray booth.
  • The base is equipped with adjusters that allow height adjustment of any recess.
  • The stackable pad kit with side couplers allows the lifting of cars of any size in width and length.
  • All movements are perfectly guaranteed by couplings with self-lubricating bushings and carbocemented pins that ensure smooth operation even over time.

Traxo

  • Fast, accurate and powerful robotic hydraulic pulling arm.
  • Faster and more precise than any conventional pulling arm, it is capable of pulling and pushing in all directions with a maximum power of 15 ton.
  • Every control is easily executed, whichever way you want to work: a push-button panel is connected directly to the electro-hydraulic control unit supported by the operator, who, in turn, can move freely to check repair operations up close, and in absolute safety.

Motojig

  • Motojig is the only system capable of firmly anchoring motorcycle and scooter frames with universal jigs, height-adjustable columns, and sliding crossbars.
  • Repair and straightening is performed with the front cage, controlling the degrees and alignment of the steering head.
